the hotel was super clean upon arrival.
I found the noise level unacceptable. The music from nearby clubs went on until 4am. the toilet in my room lacked privacy, with a glass enclosure. this made night visits disruptive.

The staff was really nice and helpful. Rooms were clean and the food was excellent.
I found an issue with cockroaches in my room. Every time I returned, I saw cockroaches. The experience was quite unsettling.

Okay stay, BUT some issues

My stay wasn't terrible, but there were definitely some issues. The noise levels were a problem. I could hear music almost ALL day from the pool and then the nearby pubs started playing until early morning. The room was also quite small, it felt a little cramped.
The location was superb. I was close to everything. the staff was very friendly and helpful. the rooms were cleaned daily and to a high standard. i even got a discount on the spa services. What a treat!
the noise from nearby bars was noticeable late into the night. it was really loud, and earplugs would have helped. it was a bit disturbing.
